2021 Trans Pride Plugs and Fundraiser Kick-Off!
Here at Crystal Delights, we’re always excited when Pride month rolls around.
Since 2008, we’ve been grateful to serve the sex positive communities - and the LGBTQIAA+ communities in particular - with innovative, beautiful, body safe and pleasure-affirming toys. You might have even seen our new Rainbow Bubble Dildo, which was just featured in <Shape Magazine> in an article written by relationship and sex expert <Rachel Wright>. Since released, it’s been one of our most popular creations. It’s a perfect weight and shape to fit both hands and bodies, but also, it’s filled with stars & rainbows - just like our friends in the queer & trans communities
As a company, we’re also committed to supporting the communities and charitable organizations that are making a difference in the world. Since our inception in 2008, we’ve provided tens of thousands of dollars in products and services to numerous charities - from the Center for Sexual Pleasure & Health to St James Infirmary, to cancer research & animal welfare organizations. We truly believe each of us has a responsibility to give back to the world we live in, because if we work together, we can truly make a difference - and that sense of giving back has been at the core of our business practices, as well as our personal ethics.
This year, for Pride 2021, we’re excited to introduce our new Trans Pride plugs!
This special edition of our Sparkle plug is filled with light blue, pink, and aurora borealis stones, and is finished off by either a light blue or pink crystal in the base. Did we mention that they also glow? Yes, really! The blue crystals glow in the dark, bringing some extra shine to your play. Our Sparkle plugs have been a customer favorite since we introduced them, and we’re thrilled to create these special plugs to honor the ways that our trans and gender non-conforming friends bring light, joy, and sparkle to our world.
And in line with our commitment to improving our communities, we’re thrilled to announce that we will donate ALL proceeds from the first 250 Trans Pride plugs to trans-specific charities! We’re working with select retail locations to offer these plugs, with all proceeds earmarked for charities that our advisory team will select. This means that we’ll be able to route over $12,500 to organizations that can turn that money into services & advocacy for TGNC folks in North America. As we’ve all seen in the past few years, the work towards trans inclusion and trans rights must continue, and we hope that we can help some organizations with some much-needed funds during this time of greater legal threats to the lives of our trans and gender non-conforming friends.

The Crystal Delights TransPride Project Update
Over a year ago Shellie (our creative director) began a collaborative partnership with a few of our Crystal Delights retail stores. The basic idea was Crystal Delights would provide at no cost our special TransPride Sparkle plugs to any store willing to donate 100% of the proceeds of their sales to our chosen TransPride organization, TransLifeLine.org
Our goal is to ship 250 plugs and raise over $12,000 for TransLifeLine.org. Here’s a link to our news page from a year ago when we officially launched the project during Pride Month 2021.
A year later that list of stores has grown, and much to our delight almost 200 TransPride Plugs have been shipped by Crystal Delights and thousands of dollars raised in support of the TransPride community.
