When will my card be billed?
You will be charged as soon as the order is placed. All information is secure. All personal information submitted through the web, phone, mail, or fax is entered into our databases via secure systems. We do not retain any credit card information submitted online. We do not ever share or sell any information to any other parties.

Is my delivery discreet?
Will my neighbors know what I ordered? 
 Our packaging is extremely discreet. Your product is shipped in a plain box.  The “From:” address will be SHIPPING DEPT.

I did not order this?
Please contact us. If your order has shipped we suggest you refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us. A credit will be issued to you upon return of the order.

What is your privacy policy?

Please note: in order to fulfill orders, we may be required to give your information to 3rd parties such as US Mail or UPS. Those companies are required by us to protect your information and privacy.
Someone used my credit card without my knowledge?
Please contact us. If your order has shipped we suggest you refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us and your card credited.
How can I order at wholesale prices?

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Because our products are all individually handmade there will be times when certain items may be out of stock.  We will notify you if that is the case and give you the best estimate for when we can ship the product you ordered. We strive to make sure that out of stocks are as minimal as possible.
Can I visit your brick-and-mortar store?
Unfortunately No – We are primarily an eCommerce business based out of the Seattle, WA area. We’re sorry but we do not have a store where you can see our products produced or purchase them. Of course we have a growing roster of stores around the world that carry some of our products, but many of the products you will see our website are not currently available in a retail brick-and-mortar store. You can also contact us and we are happy to tell you if we know of a store in your area.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! But, Shipping fees Do Not Include any VAT or any other Taxes or Customs Charges (buyer is responsible for any additional INTERNATIONAL taxes or customs fees). Also, due to post pandemic international shipping regulations we are currently unable to process orders from the European Union countries and the United Kingdom on this website. We are always happy to hear from an international customer directly regarding if we have a retailer in your country or might actually be able to process an order for you. Can I change an order I just placed?
Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately.  If you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the best effort to meet your expectations.
Help! The package has been tampered with!
If you receive a package that looks like it has been opened and resealed (especially if you are an international buyer), this means your order has been tampered with while in possession of the postal service. If you like, you can refuse delivery from the carrier and then contact us for a refund or an exchange. You may accept the package as it might be fine, but if not, we can still help you. Please understand that problems with that order are probably the fault of the postal service and not us.
The product shipped but has not arrived?
We ship via United States Post Office (USPS) with tracking. You should have received a tracking number by email. Contact USPS with your tracking number to see if they have information on when your package will arrive.
The product shipped and tracking shows it has been delivered but it has not arrived?
If the shipment shows as “delivered” and you don’t have it, a claim will need to be filed with the USPS. If you need assistance you can also contact us, but if a product shows as successfully delivered we cannot be responsible for missing delivered packages.
What is your return policy?

- For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). You must contact us at help@crystaldelights.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- We will not issue a refund for a product due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.

In your return package please include:
• Your Original Order # (or copy of the order)
• A note telling us what the problem was.
• A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
* If you do not contact us first and include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.

When does my order ship?
Your order will usually ship 1-3 business days from when you place your order. We try to ship as quickly as possible. During seasonal times order shipping might increase, so order early and please let us know if you have a deadline. Leave a message in "NOTES" when ordering online or contact us directly with any special needs or requests.
What about customs for international customers? 
Customs departments in each country often have regulations that should be investigated prior to placing orders; these may pertain to duty taxes and/or allowable items. We cannot be responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection, and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances. Also, due to post pandemic international shipping regulations we are currently unable to process orders from the European Union countries and the United Kingdom on this website. Who is your shipping provider? 
United States Post Office (USPS) or UPS Ground. We currently recommend UPS for international orders. If you’d like to request another option, please contact us before placing your order online. We might be able to provide Next Day delivery if a product is available and ready to ship.
Can I place an order by mail? 
We do accept orders by mail. Please make sure you include your complete first and last name, the shipping address, as well as an email address and phone number to contact you if we have any questions. Also be sure to include all the necessary shipping charges and payment information. We will accept money orders, checks (held 10 business days for clearance) and credit card information.

May I pay by check or money order?
Yes. Make check or money order payable to Crystal Delights LLC. Pay in $US DOLLARS ONLY. Non-USA customers may mail a bank check in US Dollars or an international money order payable in U.S. Funds only.  No other currencies will be accepted. Personal checks will be deposited electronically and products shipped 10 business days (2 weeks) after the checks are deposited. Money orders and bank checks will be deposited through our bank and will be shipped within 2 days of receiving those checks. Bounced checks will be billed your state’s allotted fee (usually $15-$35).

May I pay by COD? 

We do not accept payments by COD.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can order with your credit card by mail, phone, or online using this website. Your card is charged immediately.
Can I pay by debit card?
We accept debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo on it ONLY. Please do not include your PIN number. We do NOT want or need this to process your order.
Can I pay by PayPal? 

We do accept PayPal payments. PayPal can hold your payment for an order you place with us. We are not responsible for any delay in receiving your order. It is up to you, the customer, to resolve any payment issue with PayPal. We will ship PayPal paid orders once the payment clears.
Can I pay by wire transfer?

We do not accept consumer wire transfers.
What is our shipping rate? We charge a flat-rate for shipping as follows:
