Crystal-T Small Bulb-Short Stem T-Handle Plug

The first of our T-Handle based plugs, but not the last we intend to introduce in our new Crystal-T Series of plugs. We took our standard small bulb, short stem butt plug and replaced our traditional round base with a bar, creating a “T” shaped handle for those looking for a comfortable, safe, easy to grip and control plug base. The handle has also been crafted with beveled edges, enhancing both the appearance and functionality of the Crystal-T. We hope you see that in its craftsmanship and simple beauty.

We are hard at work to bring a whole new line of both luxury high-end, as well as economically priced pleasure products. We think the Crystal-T is only the tip of the iceberg of what is to come in 2020 and on. All our glass products, whether “Made by Us” or “Brought To You By” Crystal Delights, must meet our design, quality and safety standards, always one of our founding missions.

Who is your shipping provider? 
United States Post Office (USPS) or UPS Ground (we pick the best option). If you’d like to request another or specific option, please contact us before placing your order online. For example; we might be able to provide Next Day delivery if a product is available and ready to ship, but it also might not be in stock at the time of purchase.

When does my order ship? 

Your order will usually ship 1-3 business days from when you place your order. We try to ship as quickly as possible. During seasonal times order shipping might increase, so order early and please let us know if you have a deadline. Leave a message in "NOTES" when ordering online or contact us directly with any special needs or requests. Remember not all products are always in stock and ready to ship at time of purchase. We will contact you if we are concerned about a delay in shipping your order.

Do you ship worldwide? 
Yes! But, due to post pandemic changes in international shipping and customs requirements, we unfortunately are not able to process orders for any European Union Countries on our website. We also do restrict orders from some select countries. 

Also please note that shipping fees Do Not Include any VAT or any other Taxes or Customs Charges. Customers are responsible for any additional INTERNATIONAL taxes or customs fees required by their specific country. Those fees are not included in purchases made on our website.

What about customs for international customers? 
Customs departments in each country often have regulations that should be investigated prior to placing orders; these may pertain to duty taxes and/or allowable items. We cannot be responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection, and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

Can I change an order I just placed? 
Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately.  If you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the best effort to meet your expectations.

Help! The package has been tampered with! 
If you receive a package that looks like it has been opened and resealed (especially if you are an international buyer), this means your order has been tampered with while in possession of the postal service. If you like, you can refuse delivery from the carrier and then contact us for a refund or an exchange. You may accept the package as it might be fine, but if not, we can still help you. Please understand that problems with that order are probably the fault of the postal service and not us.

The product shipped but has not arrived. 
We ship via United States Post Office (USPS) with tracking. You should have received a tracking number by email. Contact USPS with your tracking number to see if they have information on when your package will arrive.

The product shipped and tracking shows it has been delivered but it has not arrived. 
If the shipment shows as “delivered” and you don’t have it, a claim will need to be filed with the USPS. If you need assistance you can also contact us, but if a product shows as successfully delivered we cannot be responsible for missing delivered packages.

What is your return policy? 
For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). You must contact us at help@crystaldelights.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization.

We will not issue a refund for a product due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.

In your return package please include:
• Your Original Order # (or copy of the order)
• A note telling us what the problem was.
• A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

* If you do not contact us first and include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
