Times they are a changin’…

And thank goodness they are!

Gone are the days when sex was taboo and there was barely a whisper in the mainstream media about such topics as (gasp!) kink, masturbation, fetishes, and the diverse spectrum of sexuality and gender. We still have a ways to go, but it’s clear that we’ve made a lot of progress in how we talk about sex. People are talking more openly about it, and mainstream media outlets are beginning to include representations of sex and sexuality that contribute to a sex positive dialogue.

What you may not know is that Crystal Delights has been mentioned in some of those conversations in the media. We’ve just created a new “Press & Media” page on our site where you can explore some of the times we have been mentioned on mainstream websites, including Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, and Refinery29. We’re always humbled and excited by these shout-outs, but we’re also encouraged by it as a sign that society is becoming more sex positive.

Sexuality is a healthy, normal part of being a person. This is a no-brainer to us, but our culture has taken a surprisingly long time to catch up to that notion. Thankfully, the internet is helping to usher in a new, sexually-enlightened age, and we’re thrilled to be part of it and to support it!
