Our Classic Short Stem – Small Bulb Ponytail Plugs are trotting in to town. These luxurious, high quality synthetic hair tails are ready to attach to any of our detachable plugs. Each tail comes with a short stem – small bulb screw-in base plug.

We then add a screw-in attachment to the base of the plug and finish it off with a detachable ponytail! Made with an easy-to-care-for material in one of five beautiful colors, your ponytail will add a saucy touch to your boudoir activities. Want to change it up? We offer additional tails (Ponytails and Faux Fur tails) that are interchangeable, to suit your every mood.

Our detachable tail systems allow for easy removal of your tail for cleaning and storing. Faux fur tails currently come in both fox and cat styles or pony and bunny tails too, with a selection of colors and styles to choose from. We think there’s something to please everyone.

Our artisans start with high quality, body-safe crystal-clear borosilicate glass, and hand craft it to our exacting quality specifications. We shape it to allow for easy insertion & comfortable wear, with a flared base to make retrieval easier (and ensure it’s safe to use for anal play).

Borosilicate glass is not only beautiful; it’s sturdy and strong, and safe to use with any lubricant of your choice. It’s also easy to clean & care for, and its non-porous nature makes it safe to share with partners (or keep just for yourself)! You’ll find that it retains temperature exceptionally well, making it a perfect choice for adding warmth or chill to your intimate sensation play.

CARE & USE:
Your Crystal Delights product may be cleaned with soap & water or a commercial toy cleaner. We do not recommend boiling or using a dishwasher, as it may affect stability of any attachments, however a UV toy sanitizer may be used. Likewise, we do not suggest freezing or boiling the toy to avoid bodily injury and possibly compromising the beauty of the toy. For temperature play simply using hot/warm or cold water and letting the glass sit in it for a few minutes works best. We recommend storing separately from other glass or metal toys to avoid stress fractures; padded bags are available from us to help guard against accidental breakage.

Who is your shipping provider? 
United States Post Office (USPS) or UPS Ground (we pick the best option). If you’d like to request another or specific option, please contact us before placing your order online. For example; we might be able to provide Next Day delivery if a product is available and ready to ship, but it also might not be in stock at the time of purchase.

When does my order ship?
Your order will usually ship 1-3 business days from when you place your order. We try to ship as quickly as possible. During seasonal times order shipping might increase, so order early and please let us know if you have a deadline. Leave a message in "NOTES" when ordering online or contact us directly with any special needs or requests. Remember not all products are always in stock and ready to ship at time of purchase. We will contact you if we are concerned about a delay in shipping your order.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes! But, due to post pandemic changes in international shipping and customs requirements, we unfortunately are not able to process orders for any European Union Countries on our website. We also do restrict orders from some select countries. 

Also please note that shipping fees Do Not Include any VAT or any other Taxes or Customs Charges. Customers are responsible for any additional INTERNATIONAL taxes or customs fees required by their specific country. Those fees are not included in purchases made on our website.

What about customs for international customers? 
Customs departments in each country often have regulations that should be investigated prior to placing orders; these may pertain to duty taxes and/or allowable items. We cannot be responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection, and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

Can I change an order I just placed? 
Your order is received and authorized against your credit card immediately.  If you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the best effort to meet your expectations.

Help! The package has been tampered with! 
If you receive a package that looks like it has been opened and resealed (especially if you are an international buyer), this means your order has been tampered with while in possession of the postal service. If you like, you can refuse delivery from the carrier and then contact us for a refund or an exchange. You may accept the package as it might be fine, but if not, we can still help you. Please understand that problems with that order are probably the fault of the postal service and not us.

The product shipped but has not arrived. 
We ship via United States Post Office (USPS) with tracking. You should have received a tracking number by email. Contact USPS with your tracking number to see if they have information on when your package will arrive.

The product shipped and tracking shows it has been delivered but it has not arrived. 
If the shipment shows as “delivered” and you don’t have it, a claim will need to be filed with the USPS. If you need assistance you can also contact us, but if a product shows as successfully delivered we cannot be responsible for missing delivered packages.

What is your return policy? 
For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). You must contact us at help@crystaldelights.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization.

We will not issue a refund for a product due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.

In your return package please include:
• Your Original Order # (or copy of the order)
• A note telling us what the problem was.
• A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

* If you do not contact us first and include a note, you may not be refunded!

Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
